Lovely pickup. How did you manage to sneak it into the E.U.?
    Be seeing you.

This one I did not but you can actually order these from guitarguitar because I did get a very pricey quote once.

I know there is a story about not being able to import them but I think it’s just a story.

    Little, phat life story:

I once orderered a set via Reverb from a pivate seller in the US to me in Munich, Germany.
Paid about 370 USD for it, what was a good price for a set, as they're scarce as hen's teeth even over there.
Then, the whole parcel disappeared, as it got stuck at German Customs office.

I was not noted within the 7-day-time-frame, it should have been returned.
But nor me, neither the seller have ever seen them again.
My requests weeks later remained unheard, nobody had any fault, but no clue, either.

I hope, this time I WILL WIN!
This is, why I tried again:

As I am thinking about this story again:
Cannot imagine, why them singing this title, especially.
    Could they have known, anyhow?

    CHeers,
    Jochen

And so the tale of the unobtainable magical pickups that contain cryptonite continues! :)

I think this time it should work out fine my friend. Looking forward to hearing your review.

My recollection is that the original P90-sized Duncan Staple pickups fell foul of EU importation regulations due to the use of lead.

The other factor in the “unobtainable” story was the insistence that Custom Shop orders go through the European distribution and retail networks. Hence, two opportunities for miscommunication and two hefty mark ups. :(
    Be seeing you.
