Yep, I found the price tag a bit steep for a used one.
Just got a mail from Matamp (yes, on a Saturday bank holiday!) and they are £409 new including VAT and postage - I think you can specify the front panel colour and the vinyl too but do not quote me on that.
Worth the extra £10 considering it is new and under warranty.
I have seen used ones going for around £200.
Bloody brilliant amps! Mine has the best crunch sound ever.
@davedave does it take dirt pedals ok? The voicing makes me think it would be ideal to work with my own fuzzes.

I am cool with lower gain...I will use this little multi range Ge boost gem to compensate:
Got a demo of this one coming up alongside with a pretty muscular Fuzz.
This one was a raucous fuzz made for a forum member:
Could be why Ashley swapped her for another muff?@Hymnal, yes I absolutely love Skinpimp, I still have one of first "Misfit tattoo" MKI built by Ryan (see below). Mine is a veneered (planetree) perf board hosting the bias pot, the Si transistors and a couple of bits.
I wanted a rustic wood, aluminium and copper vibe here.
Nice touch with solid core wires!
I still do not know why I sent you that MKIII, I suppose I am more of a MKII guy and I knew it was going to a good home.
I have great hopes for that little Matamp - it may just be the one that makes me sell my humboldt.
