Right I've had enough of work robbing too much of my time.

I need to get back into the music world and start / join a band asap.

Based in S Mancs, work in Old Trafford. 

I am looking for like minded, fun and chilled musicians to start a band, or indeed I'm available if a space comes up in a band for a solid bassist/rhythm guitarist/with backing vocals.

My tastes revolve around punk/hardcore/some metal/indie etc. Anything from blistering fast underground punk to The Smiths.   

I do write, and I'm very enthusiastic to get some ideas going.
