  • The makers grandsons are making guitars with his name (as is tradition) and have a 20 year waiting list!  And I think they might be around the 40k mark? 

    The only other price I could seem to find is this one for the original maker

    Which is at 55k, and it's not as desirable as the one at the top (Brazilian RW etc) so £73k may actually be in the rough estimate or so for such an instrument.  

    Still pocket money to a 1958 Les Paul though!
