@Bridgehouse and @Legionreturns everything still OK and is there anything you guys need the rest of us to assist with? We might not be much help but I can at least bring some enthusiasm to balance any disinterest

The Sunday could (assuming we aren't all too hungover) be a chance for the weekenders to get some great recordings given we would have played the songs together once or twice already.

I've just finished a 70 hour week... freelance season has taken off apparently!

Everything is grand, I'll get to the gig setlist in the next few days and see where we are.

FTFY ...working for free this afternoon... apparently Mrs Returns needs a PA and music for her school gala this afternoon. Does it still count as work if I'm getting paid in kind?

List updated. Note two songs have no volunteers - Ride A White Swan and the Quo number. Last call, or they are ditched and it's Pretty Vacant coming in instead.

Note I have put myself down for some more bass slots - if you have volunteered then I'm going to start filling you in unless you specify what you want to do!

Get your orders in quick or you won't be playing!

I want this nailed down this week so get on with it!

And if you think someone hasn't volunteered yet can you tag them and give them a prod pls?

Happy to do any missing vocals, but especially Fortunate Son, Honky Tonk and Paranoid, Beat It if no-one else wants it!

I'd happily do some more guitar slots if anyone wants me to learn anything.

What's the latest on the drummer?

We've been most fortunate in recent sessions with some damn good drummer (and @drumswithpoopot too) who've really ensured that the sessions have gone well.

There's a lot of songs on the list if a new drummer is going to have to learn/practice them, and not a lot of weeks in which to do it, unless there's a cunning plan somewhere ...

I'm happy to mop up some vocal duties. Put me down for Mama Don't, Holy Mountain, and Comfortably Numb.

I could take 2nd guitar on Holy Mountain while I'm at it. And rhythm/acoustic on Champagne Supernova.

@modellista - could you do the vocals on fire again please ? I can’t currently sing and play the guitar part at the same time- think I’ve bitten off more than I can chew trying to sing on that one. I can email you the pdf of song structure vocals and chords if needed.

Hmm, I was hoping there would be enough for two runs through- one where I sing and one where I play. Might need to call on my mate @darthed1981 to help out on vocals if no-one else signs up ;-)
