Was going to trade this for a Custom Tele, but the deal fell through due to distance / guy buying a house.

So back up for trade.

Has been setup, and plays smoothly with no choking and gauge 10 strings.

Cosmetically its 98% some light colour ageing, pick swirls etc

Can supply either a gig bag or a hard case depending on deal.

If I had to value it trade wise (I traded it for one of my MIJ '60s Fender Strat form the late '80s) and I would like a guitar of similar value in exchange. Looking for a Fender (or F tyoe guitar) as I like that scale length. Ideally a black Custom Tele or a Cabronita. Though I do also enjoy a nice Strat or Jazzmaster...

I prefer large neck profiles either 'baseball bats' or 'Vs', so larger profile will get my attention.

The profile on this neck is slightly wider at the nut and ever so slightly fatter than a Gibson '60s profile.

Has a BK Nailbomb in the bridge and a Blues Engine in the neck. Has a '50s style loom with a push pull on the neck for a coil split.

UPDATE

Weighs 9lbs on my kitchen scales

Just stripped it of old strings, polished the frets, lubed the nut / saddles and Dr Fret oiled the neck. Brand new set of D'Addario 10s on and so its all set up and ready to go!
