Hayden 4x12 value for a trade

I have a Hayden 4x12, it's a Peacemaker 412F in cream tolex.
It's this one:
Not sure how much is was new as I can't find this particular one.

I might be looking for a trade soon to downsize from this beast to a 1x12 and would like to find a value so I know what sort of 1x12 I could expect in a straight swap/trade.

It's not mint but is in excellent condition, has a few minor nicks in the tolex as one would expect from a cab that has been gigged in the past.

Anyone have any ideas of what sort of value to put on it?
