If you're in London area, check out this Taylor 812ce 12-fret on Gumtree https://www.gumtree.com/p/guitar-instrument/taylor-812ce-12-fret-electro-acoustic-guitar/1265631240 . I'm sure you'd be able to knock the price down a bit, and it could be just what you're looking for.
