I have decided to move on my Marshall Jubilee as my tastes are changing. I'll probably come to regret this as it is a sensational amp, but I'm after something totally different.

This is the 1988 black tolex version of the 2554 Silver Jubilee 1x12 combo with a Vintage 30 speaker. It is 50w (switchable to 25w) and features 3x ECC83s and 2x EL34s. This was revalved just the other week with JJs as I hadnt had it done since I bought it and didnt know when it had last been done. This also has a roqsolid cover and will come with a footswitch for changing channels. This is a great amp, but if you're in the market for it then I don't need to tell you about it. In my opinion the best Marshall I have played, I have previously owned a JCM800, JCM 2000 DSL50, and this knocks the socks off those. Plenty loud enough at 50w too.

Its pretty hefty as it has the original Drake transformers in it. I don't have a box so i'd be looking at collection only from Stockton-on-Tees

FairPlay i could trade for my small box and 2x12 but would need a serious cash injection my way and I am guessing you aint up for that. And to be fair I don't wanna part with the Friedman as it is, great amp that jube though really really great.

I've got no spare dosh unfortunately. I'm after something heavier tone wise, but lighter weight wise. Preferably mesa flavoured like a mini rec or rectoverb 25 but the budget won't stretch. I'm looking at either a Laney Ironheart or a Jet City with dosh left over.

Laney Ironheart studio is a cracking amp. Not played the Jet City's but they look great too. I think you might be disappointed with the mini Rec I know I was in the end. I really really wanted to like it it was just a bit lacking something.
