Hi , really is as new and have original shipping box/ packing ........ 2 6v6 one twelve superb combo with great reverb. Eminence blue and white patriot speaker. Loud 20 watts with simple layout, single channel amp. 1800 new this is as new ...... Its barely 3 months old .... Minty minty Mmmminty 1100 shipped thanks PRICE DROPPED

    I feel your pain.

    Sadly, I can't afford this and it's one of my favourite amps and lovely cleans aside, it takes pedals really well. I did buy a close relative and something within my budget, a Fender Deluxe Reverb Reissue. It's close enough for now.

    To be honest, the Sportsman is closer to a Princeton than a Deluxe Reverb, imho... The 6v6s give it one f the 'sweetest' sounds you will ever find. The 'headroom' adds clipped od from a bit o hair upwards. Stunning.

    i have one of these beside a silverface Princeton Reverb. It is very similar indeed but a little warmer thanks to the volume/headroom thing. A grand plus shipping is really ridiculously cheap for such a fantastic hand-made amp. The build quality is the best I've seen. Steve Carr makes the best small amps around in my view
