Just given the old girl a clean & carnauba polish.

still the best strat I’ve played. The polish works a treat.

    Beautiful!

Can I ask a (potentially stupid) question - all my life I've only ever focused maintenance and care on the fretboard and hardware. But as I've got older, kept the same guitars, the bodywork is getting both nicely aged but also a bit dirty and murky. I'd like to clean them up again and give them a little bit of care. Do you use something like this polish on the body (and is it colour / finish specific or will it work on anything)?

So, my sister in law bought me the Dunlop Cleaner for Nitro and Dunlop Carunaba Cream polish as my secret santa pressie.

I actually think it really works well - you get a lovely deep shine - that's the original 65 y/o finish on mine and it's gleaming now. Can't recommend highly enough.

Lovely. Seeing the back of the neck on this and other vintage Fender makes you realise how badly the custom shop do at getting the worn look

That's the nicest Mike McCready Strat I've seen to date. Good score!

Thank you - I need to check some of this out. My old 335 needs some TLC.
