Wouldn't that leave red and green glupey marks everywhere? Hmmm, perhaps that's just me.

Unless you join the scissor Sisters that is way too camp. Yuk.

  • I love Gretsch guitars, but, I agree with @Evilmags

I don't like gold on guitars, and there is only on (non blingy) white falcon I would even consider buying.

The best of the Rancher series were the 'Pro Line Sweet 16's'.  They really ring, and sound great amplified.  These newer 'budget' models sound dead in comparison.  Look pretty though....

  • Ooooo I'm really not feeling this for some reason, I don't think it translates well as an acoustic (aesthetically). It might be the shape of soundhole.

I'll always dig Gretsch guitars though, if there's a heaven then I guarantee the angels are playing Gretsch guitars.

they'd say, hey Mick, what are you doing with that harp?
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

  • I have the Rancher Falcon 12 string (as well as my go to guitar -a 5022sce) both very nice guitars for the money. I agree the Falcon is not to everyone's taste. In fact,  I call it my my
Marmite guitar as it divides opinion, but those who love it really love it.

Gold hardware looks tacky (imho). I never said anything about gold tops, it can be a nice subtle finish (shiny beige).  Nice collection.
