    Ah yes, that’s because I forgot to put the info on there! :) 

    Its an old SSL-1 with a decent length of cable and a cream cover £40

    Hi there, 

    I recall SSL-1s are the same for each position (bridge/middle/neck), about 6.5k Ohm DCR and I believe the R after the 1 denotes it was would by Connie Rocha - @Funkfingers knows this stuff inside out however. This one is pre 2002.

    There is a reverse wound option for these pickups for people who want the hum cancelling when the middle pickup is combined with one of the other two, but I'm pretty sure this isn't one of those.

    This one has 18cm of cable on the shorter white cable.

    Ben, Apologies for dropping off radar, it’s been one of those weeks.

    Right had a bit of a rummage in the parts bin last night and I unearthed a pickup buss ? Which if I’m reading the diagram correctly means I can just plug the pickups into that and wire a 3way blade switch straight in ?
    And that being the case and with my apologies for wasting your time taking pictures I think I’m going to go with that option

    IIRC, the difference between the S5 (left) and the T5 (right) is position 3. 

    On the S5, it is the centre pickup only.

    On the T5, it is bridge and neck pickups, in parallel - same as a three-way switch only with a bit of a bump as the lever shifts between positions 1, 3 and 5.
