as my thumb condition continues to improve with the playing of my NX6 and inspired by this fabulous clip from Stuart Ryan

I decide to treat myself to an acoustic to mess around with, a just pick up and play when the mood takes me kind of thing. always fascinated with the idea of a 12 fret dread but the only ones available seemed to be Collins and the like and rather out of my price range. this Alvarez was on special offer at Andertons so I jumped. it now sits proudly on a stand in the living room and is picked up many times each day. yesterday it was treated to some Thomastik-Infield Spectrum Bronze strings and my life, for the moment at least, is overflowing with joy :) ...
