    I have no spares right now, but have a couple of TV Jones in a 72 TL re-issue, and you are on a winner with that idea! Mine has an ash body, I tried another, I think mahogany, and it didn't sound as good. If I come across any p/ups I'll let you know. The Japanese Filtertrons on Gretches work OK, sound great, you sometimes see those at a good price. Good Luck.

    Mine is alder so somewhere in between ash and mahogany

    Filter'trons are "humbuckers" with more pronounced mids. T-Armonds are single coils and are T.V. Jones' take on the earlier DeArmonds. They have more "snap" and "bark"....also wicked bass and treble frequencies and are livelier than Filter'trons. .
