It needs 1000ma at 12v so its own independent supply. Most power supplys offer 500ma @ 9v then upscale when switched, so 350ma at 12v, 250ma at 18v

As its got real tubes in it needs a heafty supply

So apparently it should work if I use 2 Supanovas and a current doubling cable (according to the tech guys at gigrig) - I will check this with Audio Kitchen - still on the lookout for one though if anyone has one.

I opted to use the power supply that it comes with for mine as it didn't love being powered by by Zuma.

The Rockboard V6 should work for a PSU using 2 x 12v outputs to double the power output to 1000ma.

Cioks claims the DC7 outlets put out 660ma at 9v. Could it run off two outlets set to 12v and combined perhaps? Might be touch and go?!

Sorry, to clarify, I sold it on eBay. They had a deal on fees over the weekend and I’d had no interest on here at that point. I asked the buyer if they were flipping a pedal I’d not even posted yet and they replied to say…

”No absolutely not, there’s a 80% off fees on eBay till Tuesday so if it doesn’t work in my setup I can reduce to sell. Otherwise I’ll have to pay the full fees to sell it. I dont think and hope that isn’t the case though, looking forward to it!

Perhaps Effectrode Atomic PSU.... that's 12v and I think 1000ma per output... there was one for sale here recently I think.
