I love my EHX Small Clone V1 but it takes up a lot of space and the switch is kinda noisy.
looking for something to replace it with, maybe a chorus+vibrato/phaser? Got my eye on the Jam Waterfall and Strymon Ola atm.

  • I don't know if the Ola would take up much less space. I'd highly recommend the Walrus Julia, I picked up a V2 recently and it sounds great.

  • I have a very nice Providence ADC-4 available in the classifieds, blend control and three different delay times make it a very flexible chorus. Definitely no noise either

Once in a while, you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right

  • The Providence mentioned above is very good. Analogman Mini Chorus is outstanding if you can find one, although a one trick pony.

  • I'm letting my 1985 Boss CH1 go if that interests you at all Andy - its not a small pedal but its about as Chorus-sy as you can get :-)

Thanks Con. I'm not sure about the CH1 but my opinions have changed both on Boss and modulation over the years so i'll check them out again. ;)

Not sure if you are looking for the Jam Ripplyfall since you said chorus + phaser. If that’s the case it’s not a small pedal and it doesn’t help its plugged in on the side rather than the top. So maybe worth considering if space is an issue. I have one for bass and it is great so worth considering but it’s not small

    Don’t check the CH1 andy , I’m such a doughnut that I’ve just realised my error . It’s a 1985 CE2 !
