Concert/ Orchestra Models

I have a Breedlove Atlas AC/SR 25 Plus. It's a superb guitar and I've had it for 20 years now. It's a concert model from my understanding. I was just curious to know what Martin models are classed as Concerts? Are Concert guitar shapes different to Orchestra models? If so, how?

Thanks - that's a really interesting and useful article. Which got me measuring my Breedlove. Dimensions are (as accurate as I could get with a tape measure):

Body length - 19.75"
Depth - 4.5" at bridge end and 3.5" at neck end
Width neck end - 11.25"
Width bridge end - 15.25"

So it's a different beast to a Martin but I think is most similar to a OOO or OM?

not all manufacturers "comply" with the old Martin specs/measurements and often bring in their own designs, ie Larrivee, Brook, Lowden/Avalon etc

@bertie Yes, that makes sense. I realise there are many different shapes and designs but it was more a curiosity in me of how similar it would be to a Martin.
