*NOW SOLD* Heavy relic metallic purple Tele Deluxe (humbuckers/P90s) body and parts
Now includes a free set of Yamaha Revstar P90s with black covers if full price paid!
Up for sale is my gorgeous heavy relic, metallic (Cadbury's) purple Tele Deluxe body with 2xP90 3 ply black pickguard, James' Home of Tone harness, chrome hardtail bridge with gold saddles, gold string ferrules (rear), gold strap lock buttons and black/gold speed knobs.
PLEASE NOTE THE JOKER NECK PLATE AND NECK IN SOME OF THE PICS ARE NOT FOR SALE.
This body was a custom order from Guitarbuild and has been routed for P90s and humbuckers (see pics) and has a neck pocket route to fit a standard (56mm) Strat style neck. A standard Tele neck with a square heel will not fit. I picked the lightest ash body they had in stock at the time which was weighed at 1.8kg before the additional humbucker routing was added. The body was beautifully reliced by James at https://electric-relic.co.uk/ in a Metallic Purple that looks very much like Cadbury's wrapping for a colour reference.
In addition the body comes fitted with a Guitarbuild 2xP90 tele Deluxe style pickguard in 3 ply black/white/black held in place with black screws plus a set of 4 black and gold speed knobs. There's also a James Home of Tone harness under the hood that features 4x CTS 500k pots - selected to compliment the Oil City P90s that were on board but will work equally well with humbuckers. There's also a Switchcraft toggle switch (not wired in) and a Switchcraft jack socket (wired in).
Basically, all you need to do to create a killer guitar is add a neck and a set of pickups and boom, you're good to go!
