No affiliation whatsoever with the sale, but for you high-rollers out there a very fairly priced Sobell was listed on ebay earlier today (considering used examples often seem to be approaching five digits these days).

I've been fortunate enough to try a couple of Sobells and they are truly stunning.

    That's a great price for a Sobell. Braz r/w would take it way up there, but tbh, the Indian r/w Stefan would deem to use plus his incredible talent would, most likely, make that guitar a very attainable dream guitar for someone. If I hadn't bought something lat week, I would be tempted. ( Still eyeing up Stefan's latest New World  braz r/w build, currently getting ready for finishing, but I bet there are a few willing buyers already in the queue ).

    There was a Sobell archtop on eBay a few weeks back for £1500. Needless to say it wasn't on for long.

    wow, sweary bits, and the buyer should get a lottery ticket as well !. I could not view the listing, what was it ?

    Ah found it, worth way more than that, but being an archtop, a wee bit less desirable to the average acoustic player even a Sobell fan.
