Yamaha CPX100 or AC3R

Hi guys,
I have been playing a Simon & Patrick SP6 Cedar I bought new from Chandler guitars around 1999-2000. Before that I had an Ovation Celebration Shallow Back electric acoustic.

The action is quite high on the SP6, but I have only ever used it for rhythm playing.

I would like to buy a Yamaha Electro Acoustic, and I am thinking of either a CPX1000 or AC3R or AC3M which is about £100 cheaper.

From what I have read the AC3R/M were designed with electric guitar players in the USA in mind.

The AC3M/R comes with a hard case as well by the looks of it.

The APX

Does any one have any advice or experience of these guitars?

Thanks
