The ARTISAN 15H is the head version of the award-winning combo with the same great looks and beautiful tone.

Two channels, one based on an EF86 Pentode and the other an ECC83 Triode, touch base on a multitude of legendary vintage and boutique reference tones.

The EL84 based power section is switchable between 5W singleended Class A and a more dynamic push-pull 15W Class A configuration, for the ultimate in low power valve amplifier flexibility.

    Depends what you mean by low volumes.  This is a 15w  head with a 5w switch so it's pretty versatile.  Tight bass response, works well with small and large cabs. That said, I don't think it's a bedroom amp.  Cathode-biased, no negative feedback, so the sound is clean and clear with more headroom than eg my PP18's, but breaks up nicely with both Vox (EF86 channel) and Marshall-style (12AX7) crunch available from 2xEL84.  Triode (5w) operation IMO gives some Fender tonality.  Turretboard construction is sweet.

In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

    Don't recall receiving any pm's from @meltedbuzzbox ?  Or was it @GavHaus ? No matter, it's still for sale.  

    Gigged it recently with my '72 SG and my goodness it was Angus Young to the tee.

    There were some questions about loudness. I was rocking out a bit with a Klonpressor into an Eternity and it was LOUD.

    When I brought it back from the gig I noticed some small scuffs, so touched them up. So, now all but pristine, and the protective plastic is still on the faceplate.
