SOLD :Price Drop Fender Deluxe Reverb Head FSR

Up for sale is my Deluxe Reverb Head. It's an FSR in blonde and oxblood. It's just over a year old and only played at home. So it's in top condition, foot switch and cover. I'm after £600 for it. Collection is preferred but being over in N. Ireland that's probably unlikely? I'm open to you arranging a courier if not. Selling as I have another head which I use for gigging and need funds.I can do £625 shipping with UPS. I should also add that this DRRI is no different from any other one in that it does exhibit a slight ticking when the vibrato is engaged. This is a well documented issue with Deluxe Reverbs. Only calling this out just to be completely transparent.

I have never used the Vibrato to any degree so it doesn't bother me.

Damn...I'd be all over that if you were in the UK...but sending it here would probably wipe out the margin.

Well, N.Ireland is part of the UK.

Smaller parcels tend to be the same rates with Royal Mail. I've never sent anything this size, but am willing to take shipping into account to try to make it work. Worth getting a shipping quote?

definitely worth getting a shipping quote. also how heavy is it...I heard those heads are beasts. But I'm a country player so this is right up my street.

Around 12kg, so heavy enough I guess for a head! I'll get a few quotes today and let you know.

@bermudianbrit Just went looking for the box it came in to get an idea of size, and can only find the box for the Fender cab I got with it (a 2x12 supersonic). We recently moved house and can only assume it's got misplaced or thrown out in the move.

I do however have the polystyrene packaging in the cab box funnily enough so should be able to package it up nicely in one of the numerous other boxes we still have from the move.

Where were you with this last week!! I'd have bitten your hand off. I ended up selling my cab and buying a brownface Deluxe combo instead. Grr!

Looks like around £23 with UPS which includes protection of £700 which adds around £30.So call it £50 shipping. Could do £675 including shipping.

Try a quote with UPS with Fastlane (wedelivertheworld). I'd be surprised if it was over £30 with insurance with them. Sign up to Quidco (free) and get 12% cashback too. You also earn a quid for every booking you make that can be spent against a future booking - I recently sent a 2x12" cab for about £4!
