SOLD: Pair 1972 20w Vintage Celestion G12S T1417 Pulsonic 102 3 Cones

100% original condition with no repairs. All have the 102 3 stamped pulsonic cones. 16 Ohm.
Only two speakers available now. Two already sold pending payment.
Cone condition is excellent and as close to mint as you will ever find on a 40 plus year old speaker. The speakers have been fully bench tested by myself, they are perfect and sound awesome.
The T1417 G12S are very similar in tone to the T1221 G12M. Only a little less bass and volume with warmer mids. The slight difference in magnet size is literally the only difference between the two speaker models - everything else is the same.
Looking for £90 per speaker plus shipping.

Ive also got a single G12S T1440 model and that is one of my favourite speakers that I will not be selling anytime soon. Strangely has more perceived bass than a 1966 T1217 G12H in the same cab.
I honestly think these are a steal in the current market, G12M and G12H are two to three times the price and may be less suited to your amp than the G12S. Especially if you are a bedroom player, these are a no brainer in my opinion over the larger magnets.
I find the bottom end on G12H and Ms can be quite flabby, particularly with humbuckers, whereas the G12Ss are nice and tight.
