FS: EGNATER Tweaker 15 Head - SOLD

As a former member and regular contributor of the Music Radar forum, I'm so pleased to find to have found this new new forum.

I'm offering for sale an Egnater Tweaker 15 Head reduced to £225!

This head needs no introduction following the award winning reviews that made it so popular. It's near mint with just a few tiny marks, comes with the instruction manual and in the original box.

CAB now sold: The Zilla cab is a great match in black vinyl with oatmeal cloth. It's loaded with 2 Celestion speakers: a Vintage 30 and a G12M Greenback. It's in perfect working order and in good cosmetic condition but there are a few minor scuffs.

I'm based in Nottingham and welcome viewings and am happy to courier if you need me to.

What model is the cab, Matt - fatboy or studio pro? Overall load 8 or 16r?

Hi Chris. I'm not sure what model the cab is, sorry. It's wired as 16 ohm.

I've checked the measurements (29x49x75 cm) against te Zilla website and it appears to be a Zilla Modern 2x12: http://www.zillacabs.com/2x12_cabs.php

Brilliant, thanks for that! Let me dwell on it for a wee while... I do need a nice 212 but must sell a 412 (70s marshall) first! Unless you wanna swap?

I would happily consider a trade, but not for a 4x12 - sorry... Actually, the Tweaker with the Zilla 2x12 is pretty close to tonal perfection, but for practical reasons I need to return to a 1x12 combo. So trades for a quality but compact amp would be great - Mesa DC3, F30, or a little Rivera?

Happy to share the info.... I sold it for £225 to someone who spotted it on eBay but bought it in person as a cash deal. I think I could probably have got a bit more for it if I'd been a bit more patient but I found a replacement combo I wanted so was after a quick sale. In the end Coda Music sold me the combo for £150 less than their web price so I really can't grumble :-)
