This has been my 'spare' rig but I've not used it live once, I have used it once at a rehearsal. I only selling as I don't use it.

The MP1 has the mod 4 mark ii mod which is meant to give a hot rod Marshall sound. I've restored the factory setting so the first 29 pre set are original.

This has a few scratches on the top, bottom and a few minor marks on the front (it's approximately 30ish years old). All switches / buttons are working.

Great units used by 80's greats.

Manual can be downloaded from the following link.

Check out http://www.adadepot.com for info on these pre amps.

The Marshall is in good condition the rack case is ok, not great but has the front and back (no key though)

£275 for the Marshall, ada and rack. I'd prefer pick up from Kent (Dartford / Sevenoaks area) as it's heavy.

I also have a 1u penn elcom drawer which is unused. £20 posted

  • If you still have these for sale would you: a) be prepared to sell the 8008 on its own and b) post it?

That's a decent price! I picked up a MP-1 recently and loving it so far, some great tones from a classic preamp.

If this had been around a couple of months back I'd have taken the lot off your hands. Good luck with it, someone's going to get a nice rig.
