Hi guys, I'm new here!

Hi everyone,

I have been directed to this forum by a friend and we thought it would be a good idea for me to introduce myself first of all.

My name is Danny, I'm in W.sussex, I'm an international touring guitarist, an educator, a songwriter and my band 'The DGB' are a signed act that are just about to release their debut album entitled "more is more".

I have some interesting items for sale currently for sale. I'll put some proper posts up for each item very soon, I'll give you a heads up though:

Egnater renegade 4x10 Combo, Incredible custom amplification from Bruce Egnater based in California.

Laney Klipp 100w all valve head, very collectable vintage lane amplifier from the early 1970's, as used by Tony Iommi on dome of the Sabbath recordings, plexi stylings sonically, awesome condition.

If any of you guys already know what each of these amps are and want to ask me any questions before I post about them individually, feel free to give me a shout.

I was the chap you recommended Danny to check out this place.

He's a thoroughly nice chap, I can vouch for his trustworthyness with regards to his stuff for sale / classifieds etc (and also his vast knowledge on everything blues / guitar related!). I go to him for lessons to keep me progressing!

Like Jooky's choice of snifter, those amps are a bit heavy for me, but I'm a regular on the classifieds so I'm sure I'll see you around.

I'm also in West Sussex and a touring musician, as long as you count living room to front room to man cave as touring.

Actually on reflection the musician bit is also stretching things a wee bit.

There are a couple/few other locals on here too - @fez and @Fastboy are both in the Crawley area.

Danny also hosts a blues jam night in Crawley once a month, maybe we do a sussex based Forum jam meet up there one week?

Good to meet all of you guys! I'm posting up the amps tomorrow with pics etc! Ash, a forum jam is a superb idea, I m no longer using the black dog for the jam session for varying reasons, I do have an interested party for a new session at the Malt Shovel, in Horsham which is a fantastic pub. More details to follow on that one.

Doesnt Stan host the Malt shovel one although I'm guessing that's just for acoustic stuff from my understanding?

Welcome Danny, think we've met once before through American Rob as everyone refers to him as (Rob Barry) a long time ago.

I'm not sure about the other session at that run at the Malt Shovel, it's only a possibility at this stage and also if I have the time to do it. Good to meet you again Fastboy, of course I know Rob, great guy. Regards.
