Basically, it's a fantastic amp (as you'd expect), but the whole 3-channel thing just isn't working out for me. 

Comes with the footswitch and original lead.

I'll sort some photos at some point, but I'm guessing there aren't too many of you with Soldano amps, so anybody explicitly asking for photos without proof of ownership of an appropriate amp will be labelled an amp pervert forever more.

UPDATE

OK, I'm open to the idea of selling this, too. I bought it for £1600 second hand; it's a reasonable price for such an amp, so that's what I'd want back (I'll include insured delivery, 'cos I'm nicer than your average bear).

Price drop to £1550. Bargain for such an amp.

Due to impending vet bills, I've dropped the price to £1150. Depending on what happens over the next week or so, this price will probably not last.

    can you not just use 2 channel instead of the 3? i would have thought the Decatone was the best of the best, so unless you get the SLO, the others wont have that distortion tone you are looking for...?

    The Decatone is actually a very different beast to all the other Soldano amps, and all the channels are voiced differently to their traditional models - it's got a distinct tone all of its own. I did think about using it as a two-channel amp, but the crunch channel doesn't react the way I'd like it to when the volume's rolled off on my guitars.

    I played a decatone at mansons the other week, you're right - very different beast to other soldanos. I still preferred my hot rod for the touch sensitivity, single channel dynamics and more open sound.....but......it was still a significantly better amp than the diezels and bad cats in there.
