Amazing sounding single channel amp with a footswitchable volume/gain boost. Amp is in great condition and has recently been re-valved with JJ valves throughout. This is the 6L6 version of the amp. it will come complete with a fitted cover. The amp is cathode biased so as long as you have a matching set of 6L6 valves, you can just put them in there without the need to re-bias the amp. The amp also takes 3 12ax7 pre-amp valves. The overdrive on the amp is probably the best ive ever heard, the amp is also super sensitive to pick attack and the guitars volume control, you can go from clean to overdrive using it this way, then kick in the boost for solo's. This combo has a deeper cabinet than most, that combined with the celestion vintage 30 speaker means for a very big sound. The amp is in great condition, there is nothing cosmetically to worry about, its working perfectly, the speaker is nicely broken in and sounding sweet. Only selling as I'm moving back to multi channel amps for my cover band. Price for all this cornford goodness is £400 including delivery.
