Selling a Selmer SS30 which is a 2x10 tranny combo from late 60's. Sounds great and very loud! The speakers are Celestions so worth a fair bit on their own! Good condition, just missing a handle!

Having sought expert advice on the forum, guesstimates of worth range from £100 - 200. Apparently there is a shop somewhere with one for £800!!

I'll say £150  £140 (plus delivery if needed). Now £140 £130 £120 delivered.

A piece of history (with some 10'' 1960's Celestions that are probably worth that on their own).

I may come to regret this, but...

Anyone know if these were built in the Braintree factory?
Don't ask me, I just play the damned thing...

  • Don't know but they were made between '69 and '73 and the Braintree factory started production in '69 .......

    Hmmmm....

Guess where I live, and, for no particularly good reason there's a certain appeal to the idea of owning an amp made about 300 yards from my house. :-)

No promises but watch this space...
Don't ask me, I just play the damned thing...
