Hey all.
I’ve this early 2000’s SE santana up for sale.
It’s got a few little bump and scrapes but otherwise it’s pretty good.
It currently plays very well except if you bend the G or B string on the 9th it has a slight rattle.
The frets are heavily worn (sign of a great guitar if you ask me) and will need a re fret sooner than later. All electronics and controls work very well. Comes in a semi rigid case.
Looking for £200 plus U.K. posting if anyone is interested.
Thanks

    Bump.
The guitar is very playable as is. The action is nice and low other than one note that causes a rattle the rest ring true. I’ll post up some pics later when I get home. I think at this price it’s a steal.

    Updated with close ups.

It’s a 2002 not 2006 so 21 years old. It’s not a new guitar but a guitar that’s been played and played. It still played great with a low action but as you can see the frets are very worn. Fret 10 under the G&B needs taking down some so that the 9th fret rings true.

Exactly.  There's a very cool green one on Richtone (or was) at £300 or so which I was tempted by, despite knowing it'd not displace other guitars.  But they're super good.

One of these in silver was my main guitar in my formative years of guitar playing. I sold it but keep looking to find another (or better still get the same one back)

If anyone out there has one in silver with a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge, let me know! Haha.

It’s been there for some time at that price. Gonna give it some time to find the actual one first and if not I’ll settle for a “same as”

    Last bump then.
If no one wants it I can use it to practice my refret skills next year.

Before I attempt to pull the frets does anyone have any interest in this.

    £150.
It’s perfectly playable as is all notes sound true. It’s just the 10th fret under the G & B that needs a mm or two off to make it better on the bends.

    That's ridiculous.

I've got a 2003 Santana SE (had it from new) and it's a great guitar.  For £150 plus a refret, this is a daft bargain for someone.  Only reason I'm not grabbing it that I've got one already (but I'm still finding it hard to walk past the bargain).

I'd be tempted to practice my refret skills but the bound neck puts me off.  Have a free bump.

No nibs on this, plays fine as is.If you’re skilled enough to fettle the 10th fret you’ll have a good year or so to refine ready for the replacement
