Interested in one that covers more low gain rather than proper hooligan fuzz. Listened to a few demos of the Fulltone 69, Shreddy Lunar, and the Demeter Fuzzulator. They seemed more along the lines what I need.

    If your heart's not set on "booteek" fuzzes it's worth checking out the Boss Waza Craft Fuzz. I use mine both for fuzz and also as a low gain overdrive. Both the vintage and modern modes are useful.

    I’ve just received @Crazed_Fandango ’s Tight Fuzz Pro and it’s exactly what I’d hoped and does the low gain thing really well. Highly recommended even after just a half hour tryout

    @ElectricXII definitely not set on booteek pedals, cheaper the better! The ones I mentioned just happened to possibly have the tone I was looking for.
