Guild DS 240 Memoir Series?

Anyone ever play one of these? I quite fancy a shorter scale acoustic, and in general, always found Guild to be of decent quality for their price. I would stick a pickup in the soundhole, a dearmond tone boss in the soundhole.
Of course I am aware I could get an ME with the pickup already fitted, but looking for a bigger body.
