As the title suggests, I have a pair of these going spare. Purchased last year on this very forum from @TheMarlin for a Tele Deluxe project that I ended up going in a totally different direction with some Mojo Gold Foils in that guitar instead.

No original box I'm afraid, but I've extensively AB'd these against original '70s WRHs, The Creamery non-CuNiFe WRHs and original Travis Bean big box humbuckers too - and they compare favourably with all. Similar in character to the Creamerys with a good balance across all the frequency range and perhaps a little less mid-focussed than the originals. Definitely less aggressive than Travis Beans, but more articulate. I absolutely love these pickups, but I am perfectly happy with my Creamerys and I don't need another Jazzblaster or Tele Deluxe at this point.

As they cost me £275, it seems to right to ask for the same amount too. I can also throw in a white Jazzblaster scratchplate and/or pots as per the original sale if they're required.

Buyer collects from Aberdour, Fife (can probably meet you in Edinburgh/Glasgow/Stirling too), or I can post at cost.

Feel free to ask away with any questions or requests for more images.

And here's a bonus of the Jazzblaster and Tele Deluxe projects that ultimately ended up not needing the Fender WRHs:

  • Ta - I've never been a Tele person until I put this one together. It's absolutely cracking!

  • These Wide Range Humbuckers were A/B'd against the original CuNiFe Wide Range Humbuckers from my 1972 Thinline Telecaster and there is no discernible difference between them.  Incredible sounding pickups!

It's amazing to me that Fender managed to make an accurate reissue of these pickups and I expect that they'll hold their value should CuNiFe stocks dwindle again.

Yeah, they're great pickups. Really impressive that Fender got them so right after so long
