Acoustic end pin jack to male 3.5mm jack

Does anyone know of an end pin jack which fits to the tail block of an acoustic and connects to a male (or female) 3.5mm jack and is all one piece?

Something like the barrel 1/4" to 3.5mm adaptors as an end pin.
