    That is an excellent price.  I looked for one of those new for ages, but they have either discontinued or there was a backlog from the pandemic.  The same was true of the Behringer equivalent that looked good, but not as good as the Boss one.  I couldn't find a 2nd-hand one for sale within the UK for less than £90, but eventually one came up for a fair amount cheaper, but nowhere near as low as £35.  That's a bargain for somebody.  I wish this advert had been 5 months ago.  Unfortunately I don't really need another one.
