FS BOSS TONE ORIGINAL70s CLASSIC FUZZ USA
FS Here is my original 1970s Boss Tone fuzz box. It plugs into the guitar, and switches in or out of circuit with a simple switch. There is a a "volume" control, which is basically volume input from the guitar, and "attack", which is fuzz, from a little, to an enormous amount. Randy California used on on the first 4 Spirit albums according to the Guitar Player magazine retrospective review feature in 2014. It is truly a classic, and many clones are on the market, but none are as outright mental as the original. Appears completely original and runs on a 9v battery. Made by Jordan in USA for Sho-Sound in Nashville. Pedal steel players love these things. The sound is deep and thick and adds a kind of square=wave octave below goodness to the maelstrom sound it produces. You can do anything noisy with this box (not a pedal!), including picking up radio signals, as it isn't well screened. But that's how they are. Really rare, especially in good nick like this one. New battery just fitted, and it is ready to rumble. Bargain early 70s rarity including UK post at only £225. A Boss Tone just laughs at a Centaur! It is honestly like riding a bull.
