Now, it certainly wouldn’t have taken so long if it had been sent first class, second class, recorded delivery or special delivery instead of international standard, which was completely the wrong service for an item sent within the UK, and the tuners might have been delivered if they’d been in something more substantial than just a padded envelope.
I’ve contacted Royal Mail and received a reply. I can’t claim for the loss; the sender has to do that. If he states that he was missold the service, they’ll consider offering compensation. Just one problem: I’ve had no contact from @BoopDeWoop since 16th August. I guess he’s got his money and doesn’t care any more.
Thirty pounds for a used Jiffy bag. It wasn’t even a nice one.
Seller should have made sure they were covered to correct value and take responsibilty for this
