That's an ODR-1 clone on the left side with a bass and clean blend control. Superb tone - I've owned many odr style pedals and this is my favourite.
The other side is a modified Marshall Shredmaster with a couple of different voices and full TMB tonestack, plus relay true bypass switching, a noise gate and buffer. Awesome pedal.
