To my best knowledge - the bridge pickup started from the Honkytonk Angel - which itself is 10k but because if the wire used has a sound more akin to a 7.5k more common Tele pickup - then that's the main output but it is wound on to c.15k (again, prob akin to a bit less) for the higher output tap.
The neck matches well with the regular output.
My aim/brief when getting them made was to be really good for diverse clean sounds (funk, blues, covers) and with an extra louder/bolder option on the bridge when needed .
Caveat: those spec numbers are for the HTA and WW pickups - I don't know if Ask wound it slightly differently for me (the WW didn't exist then and was I think the production model this one)
