@joetele the reverb is the musikding 3-verb kit, controls are mix and decay. Belton 3 adds a variable decay parameter over Belton 2 reverbs such as the JRAD Boing etc, which have a fixed decay length and hence are far less flexible. Pseudo-decay is usually achieved in those reverbs by damping that fixed length, which doesn't sound as good. This one I built has a very warm, natural sound, perfect for amps without onboard reverb, rather than an 'effect' verb.
They're often marketed as such. In my opinion it straddles spring and hall sounds. Good for adding depth and a bit of spring tank ambience, not so good for getting splashy surf tones.
