Sold : Diamond Spitfire II 100w head NOW £650
Due to an urgent need to downsize my rig to a small combo and/or low wattage head & cab, this is up for grabs.
The head is from USA builder Diamond and this is their take on the 80s Marshall hot-rod tone. It is coupled with an excellent clean channel that could easily hold it's own with many dedicated clean amps. There is a low focus switch to the reverse which greatly increases tonal possibilities and the split lead channel will certainly reduce the need for investment in dirt pedals.
These heads are built to rub shoulders with the likes of Bogner, Suhr, Soldano, etc and the UK new price was £2.8k
The cab is a Cornford 212. If you don't know, this chunky British staple is made from pine with ply baffle that delivers a 4x12-esque tone. Loaded with V30s and wired for 8 ohms, the cab has undergone a recent makeover so that the looks fit the Diamond head.
All-in-all this is a huge sounding setup that covers nearly every conceivable live requirement.
There's every possibility that the new rig will need to be bought new so feel free to trade me whatever you want guitars, amps, acoustics, speaker, tvs, dishwashers, cuddly toys. Lol.

Nice amp
Any interest in a trade on just the amp for a nice Mesa Stiletto Deuce Mk 1 head?
Cool no rush for me ... Got too many cabs already but like this one .... !
Can you set this up for a crunch sound and then channel change for a lead tone with a volume lift?
Also does it come with a footswitch and jumper cable?
Cheers
