L'arrivee pick guard removal

What's Hot
Hi,
I recently acquired at little  l'arrivee parlour guitar, 2004 P03. Lovely little thing but with a rather annoying clear pick guard. Is it possible to remove this without damaging the spruce top ?
Cheers

I did it on a couple of guitars - it involved gently heating the pickguard with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive and slowly peeling it off. Cleaned off the remaining residue with lighter fluid.
