The SD-1 has 3 mods; Bright, Loud, and Bass. Bright is switching in/out the C6 cap which opens up (or closes down) the high end, makes it less of a peak and more of a high-shelf. Loud switches between the stock diode and a red LED within the clipping circuit. Makes it slightly louder and slightly more gnarly. Bass switches between the stock C3 cap value and a lower value to let more low end through. Perfect for use with single coils.

All using very high quality components, and nice pricey switches and dress-nuts.
