From circa 2001, this is the rare Electro-Harmonix Tube Zipper valve-driven fuzz and up/down envelope filter pedal. Hailed by The JHS Show as one of the great lost EHX classics, and with good reason.

In full working order and good cosmetic condition; ships in the original wooden box with manual and weird 12v/1000mA power adapter (UK). This is from the first run, with curvy knobs rather than the flat ones that came later. Made in the USA.

It's a complicated beast but can produce some wondrously wild sounds. Turn down the resonance for pure fuzz, turn down the drive for (almost) pure 'tron' filtering, or turn them both up and have fun.

The filter can follow either up or down, and there's also a 'trill' mode that can be very wibbly but takes some fiddling to get a useable sound out of.

I've had this since new and it's never been gigged.
