Our band split up about a month ago, which means my 'live' board is now not required.
I've also had a bout of ill-health, which now looks like possible Pneumonia (not picked up by the Greek doctors though... long story, for another day).
Thus, I've decided on a lifestyle change - dumping some weight, no smoking, getting back into cycling... and the natural thing to do, is to buy a £5k bike.
Yes, I know....
Always open to offers and questions, and more photos available upon request
Still, life is very short...
Onwards and upwards.
Everyone praises the pedals they sell; simply to sell them I guess !
But these really are the cream.
For example, the Spaceman is the best always on pedal Ive used. I don't really know what harmonics it adds, but it certainly blooms out. I used it live with the Two Rock, Matchless and DR and it just added something that Ive never seen a Klon (clone), pre-amp etc add.
I've found out that really powerful overdrives are the most effective. By that I mean that they can be tamed and controlled to suit your sound. This is where the Boiling Point excels.
The Cornish, Thorpy and Blues Power should sell themselves on their reputation.
The Ethos is a giveaway at that price. It is an outstanding drive pedal, with lots of switching options.
Anyway that's it !
I'm all snuggled in at home, just overcoming suspected Pneumonia but on the mend with time on my hand (hence the unusual advert !)
