SOLD 2001 Fender Classic Series 50s tele neck Price Drop
Great, comfortable neck in good condition. SOLD
£210 inc postage. Paypal F & F These are one piece maple, vintage (chunkier than modern) C shape profile with a 7.25 " fretboard radius.
Neck is straight, trussrod is fine, and the frets are still in decent shape with plenty of life in them.
A few minor wear marks in them as to be expected in a 20 year old neck but nothing much (it's had a quiet life with me at home), and no dead spots or sharp fret ages.
Edges are rolled/worn for extra comfort.
The neck is a lovely amber colour with a great flame. Poly finish is starting to become slightly more satiny on the back of the neck. The nut has been cut well and I always had a pretty low action with this neck set up properly.
I will leave the tuning hole bushes in place.
There is a very small chip in the poly finish at the bottom of the fretboard on the heel side of the 12th fret. It is only in the finish, is not that noticeable and doesn't affect playability in any way but I thought I should mention it.
I will package securely and dispatch quickly.
In the UK these are £329 new.
