SORTED: Six In-line Locking Tuners - Black or Chrome...Still Looking!

Looking for a complete set of 6 in-line locking tuners for an '87 Korean Strat.

Most makes considered, but preferably black or chrome.

Budget is around the £30 mark. Can't maybe stretch a little further depending on the item.

I would respectfully suggest that you look at the reviews for Vanson - can be bought via Amazon for about £30. They were recommended by my local music shop and I had them fitted to an Ibanez Roadstar. Sufficiently impressed to have a second set fitted (to a different guitar obvioulsy

Thanks for the suggestion.

Weirdly, that's exactly what I'm replacing. Maybe I have a duff set of them, but they're worse than the £16 one's I had on their before the Vanson' set.

If locking tuners weren't so convenient (I have to swap string gauges a LOT), I'd put the original Gotoh' tuners back in. Along with the TusqXL nut, those things make it rock solid.

That's a great shout, and I'm vert tempted, but I've had trouble with several sets of "affordable" locking tuners which makes me hesitant. Although if nothing shows up soon, I might well take a punt.
