Yamaha LA8 acoustic , any owners? info?

I have got a little bit obsessed with finding one of these, they seem a bit rare.

Far as I can gather they are solid spruce tops with laminate rosewood back and sides, and sound really sweet & perfect for fingerpicking.

Any previous or current owners out there with info etc?
