    Which model? They have different pickups. 

    The Player has budget vintage-style single coils with rod magnet polepieces. The Standard takes the stud poles and underslung ceramic bar magnet route. The Jimmy Vaughan model has Tex-Mex pickups. One of the Deluxe series may have had pukka Texas Specials.
